The mainframe of this product has given my nervous swimmer so much confidence on her back. She would rather kick on her back than have a fun contrast activity. The ability to progress from headrest with kickboard attached, to main frame only and she now uses it lower down her body so her ears and head are properly positioned in the water on only the second session with this product is fantastic.
